Ordering an item
You place an order simply by placing the desired items in your shopping cart. As soon as you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart at the top to complete your order. You can place your order with or without an account. All prices mentioned on the website include VAT.
Immediately after ordering you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Did you not receive this e-mail? Maybe the message ended up in your mail/spam. If you cannot find the e-mail there either, please contact our customer service via the contact details in the footer.
My iDEAL payment might have failed
Have you paid via iDEAL, but are you not entirely sure whether your payment was successful? Check whether we have debited money from your account:
Has the money been debited and have you not received any confirmation from us? Wait an hour. If you have not received a confirmation after an hour, please contact our customer service. Has nothing been debited from your account? Then your payment failed. Simply try ordering again.
My credit card payment has been declined
Did your credit card payment fail? Then we will cancel the order. Try ordering again and choose a different payment method.

Delivery and execution
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be handled with care and packed in a carton package. Delivery is provided through the postal network. You will therefore receive a Track & Trace code with your order.
We charge shipping costs depending on your location.
Can I pick up my order?
We do not offer the possibility to collect orders from us directly.
Typically, your order will be delivered within 2 or 2 days. If your order on Friday after 18:00PM your ordered will be delivered latest the next Tuesday.
Can I have an order delivered abroad?
Currently, this is not possible.

When will I receive my order?
If an item is in stock, you will receive it within 3 business days. Most orders are delivered the next business day.
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that you are withdrawing from the contract. You can use the model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so.
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, excluded from the delivery costs. We will pay you back via the same payment method you originally used, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, but in any case no later than 30 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal are sprays and rollers whose seal has been broken after delivery. For hygiene reasons, these products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.
