We offer an online program with different audio's, video's, poetry and inspiration to guide you step by step in this delicate heart journey. This is a beautiful way to open your heart physically, energetically and emotionally. 

This heart journey will guide you towards a deep connection with your heart. It invites you to embrace all that is in your heart, from joy to sorrow. So that you can live life with an open heart. 

This 7-hour online program is a combination of our Heart ritual with several heart centered asana's, breathing exercises, guided heart meditations, visualisations and mindful invitations to connect with your heart. It consists out of a 3-hour preparation part with spoken audio meditations, visualisations and guidance, a 2,5-hour video session in which you will be guided to do the breaking ritual and a 2-hour aftercare guidance.
